TEE TIMES – We are currently accepting Tee Times Online or by phone at 877.29.LINKS up to 90 days in advance. Tee times may be reserved for group outings of 16 or more players up to one year in advance, and are subject to additional terms and conditions.  Please complete our Group Outings and Events Request Form. 

CADDIES - Experienced, knowledgeable caddies are available to carry your bag during your round, you will be able to entertain all the surrounding views of the Puget Sound while receiving information on yardage distance, club selection and detailed narration on each carefully created hole. The use of a caddie is not required, but it is highly recommended.  

Caddie bag fees are $50 for a single bag, $100 for a double bag, and $60 for a forecaddie.  Bag fees and gratuities are paid directly to the caddie.  The amount of any gratuity is the sole discretion of the player.  No one else may determine a gratuity, nor may anyone demand one.  Our expectation is that a caddie's performance will exceed your expectations and warrant at least a $25 gratuity.  If you wish to comment on a caddie's performance, please feel free to contact any of our Caddie Managers.

We are not a golf facility with a limited number of carts; we are a facility with a course specifically designed for walkers, where walking is required unless permanently disabled. Multiple options are offered to players who do not wish to carry their clubs.

There are many nuances in links golf and our caddies will assist their player in reaching their scoring potential. The caddie program also opens the opportunity for area youth to be eligible for the Evans Scholars Program. The Evans Scholarship is the largest individually supported scholarship program in the world. If you would like to utilize a caddie for your round at Chambers Bay, please make this request while making your reservation.  Caddies can be requested by calling the golf shop 877.29.LINKS or you may send an email to chambersbaycaddymaster@kempersports.com.

PULL CARTS - Personal pull-carts are welcome at Chambers Bay. Pull carts are also available for rental from the golf shop. The pull-carts utilized at Chambers Bay are designed for minimal wear and are designed to be wheeled across tees and greens. This allows for an easy transition between holes and a quicker pace of play.

RENTAL CLUBS - Cobra Rental Clubs are available for $50 per day. Chambers Bay offers Men's and Ladies' as well as right and left handed sets.

GOLF CARTS - Chambers Bay may approve the use of a cart for a guest that has been diagnosed and is currently being treated with a permanent disability as defined by the Americans with Disability Act.  Outside golf cart use is not allowed at Chambers Bay.  Golf cart usage requires prior approval. The use of a caddie is mandatory with all golf carts.  The caddie base fee and gratuity are the player’s responsibility in addition to the golf cart rental fee. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Individual tee times will have a 48-hour cancellation policy. In an effort to ensure all players have an opportunity to book tee times, we request you cancel/modify your tee time reservation at least 48-hours before your scheduled tee time. Failure to do so will result in charges for "NO-SHOWS" equal to the applicable green fees associated with day of scheduled play.

DRESS CODE - For men, collared shirts, dress turtlenecks and dress mock-turtlenecks are permitted.  For women, sport blouses, sport shirts, dress turtlenecks and dress mock-turtlenecks are permitted.  For all golfers, shorts are permitted provided they are hemmed and of a length no more than four inches above the knee.  Blue jeans, athletic shorts, swim suits, military fatigues, tank tops, tube tops and racer-back tops are not permitted.
